Viewers

Accessibility on your screen

COPLA.io viewers connect an event’s accessibility content with the people receiving it. Through a link, audiences can access the captions or audio description provided by the organiser.

Each type of viewer offers a different way to follow the content: reading what is being said live, following a theatre performance with subtitles, or listening to audio description. Discover the three options and open their demo viewers.

Live captioning

Follow the spoken contributions at a talk, conference or live event in writing. This viewer receives captions sent from COPLA.io, allowing you to follow the speech as it unfolds.

Theatre

Follow the performance with subtitles cued during the show. The theatre viewer lets you read the play’s text in time with the action on stage, bringing the performing arts to more people.

Audio descriptions

Access narration describing the relevant visual elements of a performance. This viewer receives audio description sent from COPLA.io, allowing you to follow actions, gestures and other details that help explain what is happening on stage.
